National Chengchi University (NCCU) and Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. (FISC) jointly signed a MOU on December 27th, 2023, aiming to actively cultivate financial technology and information security talents by integrating industry-academic collaboration and research resources. The partnership is set to enhance the synergy between the Cybersecurity Center and the Master Program in Information Security of NCCU, leveraging the expertise of relevant academic teams. The partnership will focus on three key areas, including Post-Quantum Cryptography, AI-native Cybersecurity, and Zero Trust Architecture, with the primary goal of applying these advancements to financial technology.

Both institutions have already commenced planning for the key management mechanism (KMS) tailored for the post-quantum era, with the execution set to begin in early 2024.
